Contestant must attend all mandatory events, unless other arrangements have been made with the pageant director.

All contestants must display good sportsmanship & behavior at all times.  Poor sportsmanship or behavior could result in dismissal from the pageant or future Miss Victoria Pageants.  The Miss Victoria Pageant has the right to refuse any application or contestant.
